Public Consumption

The value of consumption goods and services provided by general government. The totals correspond to general government final consumption expenditure as define by UN SNA.

• Goods and services provided by the government. These include age-targeted goods and services such as public education (TGE), public housing, food-stamps, health care (TGH) and non-age-targeted goods and services such as road construction, fire protection, etc. Includes all congestible goods (TGCC) and all public goods (TGCN).
